Agreed, but I'm fairly certain that is actually the animated series' take on Warth. Look closely.

That guy has 3 tentacles coming off his face as opposed to a trunk and 2 tusks. He also has no pants and no Hindu aspect at all. I think he's new.

Or that IS two tusks and a trunk. Didn't you say THREE tentacles? Maybe the art is THAT bad...

There might be a slight chance, but it would seem pretty stupid to me for them to take the character that has the instant likability of looking like a giant awesome elephant and make him look like a weird alien version. Especially considering how true they've stuck to the designs of so many other characters. Atrocitus is the one big change, which is understandable because his comic face is pretty horrific.

Ten bucks says that's Warth. Admittedly this is concept art and there is no legitimate way to verify whether or not that is or isn't Warth. But, should it end up being Warth's animated design (or Warth looks similar to what we see in that image) ten bucks.

These were concept designs when they were first starting the series. Its not stated who the blue is but to me that is clearly an early concept for brother warth.

My only hesitation is that they might be calling him Warth because of the ears and tentacle/"trunk", but he's going to be completely different. If you look closely, like VERY closely, you can see the tentacles easily, but there on his knees? Almost a scale like quality. And his ears? They're more like fins with gills.. He has none of the weight of Warth either. It's pretty clear that what we see here is a water-based alien. Which makes a LOT of sense if he's flying around with Razer, have the whole Fire/Water thing going.

So with that many changes, I think it just makes a ton more sense to say he's new and introduce Warth as a background character or something.

I'll modify your bet. Your set of Millenium for my second Warth figure. Fitting, no?
